You will need to come into City Hall at 114 W Maple St. Plattsburg, MO. 64477

Homeowners will need proof of ownership (Warranty Deed or First Page of Settlement Statement) and complete a application to turn on Utilities. 

Renter's will need to fill out  application ,   landlord renter agreement signed by landlord and pay a deposit of $202.00.
If a renter has a unacceptable payment history the deposit will be $402.00.
